Both models are available, and we'll recommend the right fit for your project in the free initial consultation.
The monthly fee covers: web hosting, SSL certificate, CMS and plugin updates, weekly backups, security monitoring, and a monthly budget for minor text and image changes. Response time for support requests is 48 hours. The contract runs on a monthly cancellation basis - no long-term commitment required.
Yes. Package upgrades are possible at any time - you only pay the difference going forward. There are no penalties, setup fees or gaps in service when switching. Downgrades are also possible with one month's notice.
